Return Policy

If you receive a damaged/defective product from Zaponhealth.com that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you can get in touch with the customer service team through any of the below-mentioned channels:

After receiving your complaint, Zapon shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If Zapon is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Zapon will inform the relevant vendor of such complaint and request for a replacement. However, in the event of false and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of Zapon products, Zapon reserves the right to take necessary legal action against you, and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Zapon in this regard.

Before accepting shipment of any Zapon products, kindly ensure that the product packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery at the earliest and inform Zapon as soon as possible. Please note that the return process of the product may be restricted by Zapon depending on the nature and category of the product.

In order to return any product sold through the website, you are required to comply with the following conditions:

  • Please notify Zapon of receipt of a damaged/defective product within 48 hours of delivery. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, Zapon shall not be held liable for failure to replace the order.

  • Products should be unused.

  • Zapon will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner. If Zapon is unable to do so, you will be notified and required to dispatch the product using a reliable courier within one day of receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in a manner determined by the logistics team after prior consultation with Zapon.

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, invoices, etc.

  • It is advised that return packets should be securely and adequately packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.

  • Returned products are subject to verification and checks by Zapon to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return.

If the return of a product is duly accepted by Zapon, the value of such product, as originally paid by you, will be refunded. Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment, and Zapon or the approved payment gateway will credit the refund directly to your debit/credit card, online account, or issue a cheque, as applicable.

Refunds will be subject to the following:

  • Orders paid online will be refunded within 7–21 working days through the online account or via cheque, depending on the prevailing circumstances as determined by Zapon.

  • For Cash on Delivery payments, a refund cheque will be issued.

  • If the product can be repaired by the service centre, Zapon will arrange the repair and send the product back to you.

  • A promo code, once used, shall not be refunded in case of order cancellation by the customer or Zapon.
