Zapon is an exclusive distributor of the Zapon range of products. Zapon’s range of products is manufactured by Zapon Health  Ltd, India, and marketed by Zapon, UK.

All purchases made from https://zaponhealth.com/  are bound by the below-mentioned Terms & Conditions.

 

 

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

We at Zapon Ltd strive to provide you with the best possible experience while shopping with us online. You can cancel all items before they have been processed in our warehouses. The refund amount will be credited back into your Zapon Credits account in the form of cashback.

Sale items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged via the website. Stores will NOT be able to process a refund or exchange on sale items.

  1. Complete order cancellations are allowed until none of the items in your order have been processed in our warehouse(s).

  2. If an item has not been purchased under any promotion, you may cancel the item until it has not been processed in our warehouse(s).

  3. If an item was purchased under a promotion applicable only for that item, cancellation is allowed until the item has not been processed in our warehouse.

  4. If an order includes multiple items bought under the same promotion, only full order cancellation is allowed until none of the items have been processed.

  5. Once cancellation is successful, the refund amount will be credited back into your Zapon account as cashback. This applies only to prepaid orders.

 

 

Order Modification Queries

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Order or shipping address changes are allowed only until we begin processing your order. For such requests, please contact Customer Service immediately at sales@zaponhealth.com or call +44(0)2080042998.

Can I change the product after placing an order?

This is not possible once items have been processed in our warehouse(s).

 

 

REPLACEMENT

I. How do I replace a defective item ordered on Zaponhealth.com?

Zapon undertakes to replace defective or damaged goods online subject to the following conditions:

  • Notify Customer Service at sales@zaponhealth.com within 2 working days of delivery.

  • Dispatch goods to reach the company within 7 days from delivery.

  • No physical damage should be present on the product or packaging.

  • Original seal, packaging, manuals, and accessories must be returned.

  • Returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For hygiene reasons, opened or used goods are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

  • Processing time may take up to 30 working days during busy periods.

  • Serial numbers must not be tampered with.

  • Universal Product Code (UPC) must be intact.

 

 

II. What happens if Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be delivered?

Zapon shall not entertain future orders in the following cases:
i. If delivery is refused by the buyer.
ii. If delivery fails after two attempts due to the delivery location being closed.

 

 

III. What if there is a manufacturing defect or adverse reaction?

Immediately report the issue to Customer Service at sales@zaponhealth,com with full details.

 

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

How do I cancel an order on Zaponhealth.com or return a product?

Zapon will refund 100% of the amount paid within 15 days if the order is cancelled within 3 hours of placement through the Contact Us page.

 

 

JURISDICTION

In case of any dispute, the Courts in London shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

zaponhealth.com does not warrant and shall not be responsible for damage arising from the use of products listed on its website.
If a delivered product differs from its description, zaponhealth.com is liable only to replace the product.
Zaponhealth.com is not responsible for delays due to force majeure events.
