Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Local Orders (Within Uk): 2–5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or courier issues.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to customs fees or taxes (for international shipments). These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Damages
Zapon Health is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
